Dr. Bradley G. Thomas joined Surgical Care Associates in August of 2009. He is a native of Kentucky from Madisonville. He completed Medical School at the University of Louisville in 1998 and went on to complete his internship and residency at the University of Louisville in 2007. He completed his vascular fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in 2009. He is Board Certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation. He is the Medical Director of the Vascular Ultrasound departments of Baptist Health Louisville, Baptist Health Floyd, in the office of Surgical Care Associates. He is active in many specialty societies including the Society of Vascular Surgery and serves on the board at Baptist Health Louisville.
Dr. Thomas’ surgical interests include endovascular procedures including angioplasty and stent for the treatment of lower extremity occlusive disease (PAD) and abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) , surgery for the prevention and treatment of stroke, venous disease, dialysis access, and wound care.
He has office hours at the Surgical Care Associates office at 4003 Kresge Way, Suite 300 in Louisville Kentucky and at 1919 State Street, Suite 200, New Albany, Indiana. He participates with most medical insurance carriers including Medicare.
