A Wisconsin native, Dr. David Lipski completed surgical training at the University of Louisville and Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He returned to Louisville in 1997 and has been practicing here ever since. He is a fellowship trained vascular surgeon and is a diplomate of both the American Board of Vascular Surgery and the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. He joined Surgical Care Associates in 2019, and practices at Baptist Health Louisville and Baptist Health Floyd. He treats people with arterial disease and has a special practice interest in venous conditions. He sees people with venous problems at Ultimate Vein Care in Louisville. He speaks a little medical Spanish and has interpretation services available when needed. He has both RVT and RVPI ultrasound credentials.
He has office hours at the Surgical Care Associates office at 4003 Kresge Way, Suite 300 in Louisville Kentucky, at 1919 State Street, Suite 200, New Albany, Indiana, and he sees people with venous problems at Ultimate Vein Care in Louisville. He participates with most medical insurance carriers including Medicare.
